Peter Paterson FRPS MFIAP MPAGB
I have been taking photographs for over 50 years starting mostly in Monochrome that I processed in the darkroom. During this time I have gained the Fellowship distinction from the Royal Photographic Society and also gained the MFIAP award and the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain Masters Distinction MPAGB. My main subject interests are Landscape, Still Life and Abstract, both in colour and mono using Nikon Digital Cameras. I exhibit my photographs nationally and internationally in various Photo Salons around the world. I have also had photographs published in Digital Photo Magazine, Photography Monthly, Digital SLR Photography, FPME, Creative Mono Yearbook, Guide to Great Photography, The AA Landscape Photographer of the Year Book collection 01, 02 and 09 also The Essential Guide to Landscape Photography. I get great pleasure from sharing my photo technique with others through my talks to Camera Clubs and Societies. I presently serve on the A and F RPS Distinction Panels and chair the Fine Art Panel I am a member of Edinburgh Photographic Society and the Scottish Photographic Federation of which I am a past President.
